Dr. Raghvendra Sarvjeet Dubey

Professor (ECE), Dean (R&D) & Head (Department of Nanotechnology)

Dr. R. S. is presently employed as Professor (ECE) and Head (Nanotech. Dept.) at Swarnandhra College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous), Narsapur (Andhra Pradesh). I am also working as Dean (R&D) and taking care of submission of R&D projects, progress reports & utilization of ongoing projects, and conducting scientific events related to R&D and IPR time-to-time.

Dr. Dubey has about 15 years of experience in research & teaching, out of which 11 years of postdoctoral experience. He has also completed five research projects sponsored by external funding agencies and one is ongoing. His contribution to the present institution is that he established an ‘Advanced Research Laboratory for Nanomaterials and Devices’ with a ‘cleanroom facility of class 10000’, which is well equipped with advanced fabrication, synthesis, and characterization facilities. This laboratory is unique in Andhra Pradesh and has been recognized by the NBA, NAAC, and Autonomous peer team members.
